SHIPPING INFORMATION
If you do not receive your lobsters or seafood on the date promised for delivery or there seems to be a problem with the quality of the seafood or packaging, return the lobsters and your money will be refunded. Satisfaction is guaranteed.
Shipping Rates may vary based on shipping location. Estimates are calculated by UPS. There is no handling or tax charges. There are no deliveries on Saturday, Sunday, Monday or Tuesday. Please tell us which date you would like your seafood delivered. Baking instructions are included in the shipping box.
Our office is open daily, from 9:00AM until 10:00PM EST. Lobster and seafood orders must be placed by 12:00 Noon EST to receive next day shipment.
For seafood orders there is a 2 lobster minimum per order. This does not apply to gift card purchases.
